We only require your name and email, the name and email address of the association member, and the name of the professional association to which the member belongs. We will email you back within 2 business days. We cannot give any information out on our members, as our privacy policy is very simple: we never share, sell, distribute or reveal information on members to anyone, for any reason. Our only service here is to validate that a member is currently enrolled and accepted in their association.
